Next Time I Have a B-Day or Christmas or Something…
I run my own business at home… web development. My wife runs her own business at home… maternity & baby store. She also runs a parenting and baby blog where she reviews products.
So you can imagine my WANT to have an at home Server. Not only to back-up important files, but to also be able to work remotely from anywhere we are when hooked to our router, and to have the ability of versioning (simply put - we could roll a changed file back to a previous version).
I’ve been looking at different options, and this is the one that I’ve decided on.

500GB Media Vault MV2120 Home Server
Not only does it have a 500GB capacity for storage, but it also has two USB 2.0 ports on it, which allows me to add additional external hard-drives for even more storage. I already have a 320GB external drive and a 150GB portable drive that I would add to it, giving me a hell of a lot of storage space. Rock on!
The best part of this particular server is that it’s cheap. Servers can get expensive, so you can imagine my surprise when I found this one for only $293.99 on eCost.com. An amazing product at an amazing price!

I keep telling you to review products…you could get this thing for free. But nooooo. And dude, you keep changing your wishlist (and they keep getting more and more expensive!)
